The concept of The Zamarr Institute was born in 1991 to promote excellence in educational and training opportunities for exceptional children. The Zamarr Institute (TZI), a non-profit, non-Governmental Organization (NGO) has been providing services to children, adolescent and young adults with special needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome and Learning Disabilities since 2006.
